My unique approach combines nutritional therapy and coaching, ensuring you are supported and motivated to follow the plan every step of the way. Why I’m the best coach for you

I never quite outgrew the toddler ‘why’ stage. Maybe it’s my inquisitive Gemini nature forever wanting to get to the bottom of things. Thankfully as a Registered Nutritional Therapist I have a duty to ask you copious questions to uncover what’s causing your symptoms.

In my early 20’s life as a student took its toll when panic attacks set in and digestive issues became a concern. My curious mind led me to seek help from a healthcare specialist who educated me on healthy eating and lifestyle habits. Together with embracing my Mediterranean roots and exploring the Mediterranean way of living, that’s when my wellness journey started and digestive and panic attacks subsided.  

Fast-forward to my early 30’s, I retrained as a Nutritional Therapist at the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine in London where my love for nutrition blossomed.

Now in my mid-30's, as a working mum, I know how hard it is to eat properly when there’s so much going on and how easy it is to reach for convenience foods.

I understand the struggle to find the time to address your own health issues. Between work, cooking for the family and constantly worrying whether you’re doing enough to nourish them – it all seems impossible and it’s easy to push yourself to the bottom of your priority list. And I’m right there with you wondering why there aren’t more hours in a day to get everything done without disappointing anyone including yourself. That’s why my approach is realistic, straightforward, and supportive.

Nutrition has played a phenomenal role in my own health and the health of my family, taking the guess work out of knowing how to nourish us all. I’m dedicated to shifting your perspective from overwhelmed to strategic by empowering you with nutrition and lifestyle strategies that will transform your health. About Nutritional Therapy

From there they will come up with a diet, lifestyle and sometimes supplement plan to support those needs.
