I teach parents how to create a safe and enjoyable environment for their baby to explore and learn about food. Grounded in baby led weaning principles, LGN Baby Weaning Workshops equip parents with the tools to know when their baby is ready for solids, common behaviours mistaken for readiness, concerning food allergens, important nutrients, and how to guide baby to be in control of her feeding so she can decide for herself what to eat, how much and at what pace.
